Gulf Oil Spill Threat Widens
Monday, May 31st, 2010The BP Gulf oil spill disaster is the worst environmental disaster in United States history. Experts fear that the oil spill could affect the Mississippi and Alabama coasts.
The public is and should be completely outraged at the failure of BP to properly prevent or put measures in place to minimize the damage and the governments failure to step up in a timely manner to stop this oil spill disaster.
British Petroleum (BP) and the United States government warn that the damaged deep water well feeding the spill will not be contained and/or stopped until sometime in August.
This is simply unacceptable. With limitless resources from the U.S. government and BP what is the problem. This is the biggest enviromental catastrophy that continues to get worse. It may expand to Mississippi Delta and Florida and has already devastated Louisiana.
